Course is interrupted

1. The teaching style many times is DIY.

   I think this is the task of organizers if they announced it as "from ZERO".
2. Instead of wasting too much time for explaining the neural network they give references.
3. They suggest joining study group. It is participant organized, the course organizers do not take part them. I did it, but nothing happened. No email, no message. 
4. The official forum is poor, but maybe it will be changed.
5. Last, in an official email can be read
   
   "NOTE FOR WOMEN PARTICIPANTS: We have set up an invite-only forum category to facilitate discussions between women participants taking the course."
   
   Maybe it is a difference in cultures, but this is prohibited in my country.
